When I arrived, the room was a bit hot, but it quickly cooled down. The room looked nothing like any of the pictures and seemed very old with ancient furniture. The service was exceptionally helpful and professional, and the staff were polite and accommodating. The location was great, close to the station, bus station, and town, with many food and gelato places around. The dining experience was quite ordinary with burnt croissants and packaged items. The hotel facilities were basic but acceptable.
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a nice view of the back courtyard, though they could use a bit of updating. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Saymir, who assisted us during check-in. The location was excellent, close to the Mercado and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was not very impressive, but for a budget hotel, it was acceptable.
